A RESOURCE SURCHARGE OF $2.00 IS APPLIED TO ALL ROOM NIGHTS.
MOTEL SMOKING AND PET POLICIES
We are 100% smoke-free in Motel Rooms. In addition, pets are not allowed. A $150 fee will be charged for any violations.
DISCOUNTS
Any discount must be requested and applied at the time the reservation is made. Any request after the reservation is completed will not be honored.
Discounts are given for friends and family, AAA, AARP members, Military & Civil Servants. Proper ID and verification of discount will be required at check in time.
MOTEL PER ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY
When you make a reservation, the first night's charge of each room is put on a credit card (either MasterCard, Visa, or Discover).
If you cancel your reservation for any reason at any time, there is a $20.00 cancellation fee per room. If you cancel within 7 days of the reservation arrival date, the first night of each room is non refundable.
We will be happy to honor a re-booking (equal to the original reservation) within 6 months of the reservation.
Upon arrival, if you cancel any portion of your reservation, it is non refundable.
