We are 100% smoke-free in The Motel Rooms. In addition, pets are not allowed. A $150 fee will be charged for any infraction of this company policy..
DISCOUNTS
Any discount must be requested and applied at the time the reservation is made. Any request after the reservation is completed will not be honored.
Discounts are given for Friends and Family, AAA, AARP members, Military & Civil Servants. Proper ID and verification of discount will be required at check in time. (AAA Card etc.).
MOTEL PER ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY
When reservations are made, the first night charges per room are applied to your credit card that day. You may cancel a reservation at any time, however please be aware that there will be a non-refundable $20.00 cancellation fee as long as you cancel more than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
If for whatever reason you need to cancel your reservation in the last seven days (168 hrs.) or less of the scheduled arrival date, your nightly rate per room, per night, will be charged and it is non-refundable. We will be happy to honor a rebooking an equal reservation for you in the next sixty days from the date of a called and cancelled reservation. |
